Brief post because I’ve got other shit to do. I passed the mid-point a couple of days ago. Mid-point is both page-wise and structurally significant. Page-wise, it’s obviously halfway through the assumed number of total pages of the screenplay draft. Structurally, it’s often where everything changes/reverses direction in the story. It’s when Luke, Han, and the rest discover that Alderon isn’t there and “that’s no moon.” It’s when Preston kills agents on his own team, thereby ironically making him that which he’s sworn to fight and kill. It’s when… (Couldn’t think of anything else.)
