Just set up an appointment

with a therapist.  For the 16th of Jan.  She’s asking for $150 so she’d better have some damn good insight.  I really don’t know about this.  I mean, yes, I should do it (mainly because everyone’s telling me to), but I can’t afford that and don’t know when I will be able to do so.
